The new job is going well and the gambling thoughts are zero at the moment. Got to keep the guard up though!

Had a shock yesterday, found out that a very good friend committed suicide on the weekend he was 41 the same age as me. I knew him from the age of 15 through junior county golf. To say im gutted is an understatement. Never in a million years would of thought it!

It was a mixture of depression and a split from his wife!

Rip my freind!

In work until 5pm the off to see the kids. Happy days.
