Yesterday went as okay as a funeral for a 42 year old man could go i suppose. Very sad! The more i think about it the more i think that it's a pretty selfish thing to do. No matter how low ive been i never came close to even thinking about suicide. He leaves a wife and a 4 year old. ; (

Abstaining does get easier and that's why we have to stay strong because we will never be in control of just putting a tenner on, when we may think we are safe to do so.

I can honestly say that i don't have any gambling thoughts at the moment. Not that its going to be like it forever but you never no.

Day off today and not got a lot planned just a chill i think and maybe a bike ride.

It just feels like another day because gambling is not part of my life its part of my past not my future!
