Day 315.
Had a few urges last night. The casino was calling. Though that i could have a little go for an hour.
I thought better and didn't.
These urges can grab you and just for a minute i was rolling back 10 months.
Anyway they have been and gone. I opted for a glass of wine instead.
Have a great day.

Morning Steve,

That casino may have been calling, but you chose to say no and I hope you toasted yourself with that glass of wine, because you won again yesterday, against those ridiculous urges.

315 days is too much to give up to some self destructing urge.

Well done on making that right choice, I know Wednesday evenings can be vulnerable for you, but you came through with flying colours.

Have a great day

Morning Steve,

Many happy returns to your daughter for her 14th birthday, she will be growing up quickly now lol.

Very inspiring to see 316 days on your post, recovery is hard at times, but you are gliding through and that one year of being gamble free is getting closer and closer.

Well done my friend,

Have a lovely day whether you are with birthday girl, or at work.

luv Suzanne xxx

Day 317.
Had a lovely evening with the mrs last night. Feel a bit rough this morning though lol.
Woke up thinking i went to the casino last night and lost. I felt terrible for a minute but realised i didn't.
As long as it stays a dream (or a nightmare ) that's okay.
Have a great weekend.

Day 319.
Back on the bike this morning after a weekend with the kids and the turbo trainer.
Still very sore from my fall over a week ago. My arm is still badly bruised and very weak.
No gambling thoughts at all today.
In fact i couldn't think of anything worse that i would want to do.
Have a great day.
