Lol all fine. Wasn't the new one lol.
Just a scrap on the bar tape and pedals. Unbelievably no marks on the frame or anything else. Just me lol.

Hope you invested in a good quality helmet, because you can know with all that money you are winning every day by abstaining and maintaining one day at a time lol, 311 days Steve that's if 20 a day, that's 6220 you have won.

The fall off the bike shook you up, but you are getting straight back on, I know your cycling helps with your recovery, very proud of you and very proud to be walking along side of you ( even though you are cycling whilst I am walking lol) .

Lol Steve, but I think 9 months pregnancy was easier lol.

Weren't sure if you would be on your bike today after hurting yourself, but as one Scorpio to another I knew you would, because we are stubborn amongst other things lol.

312 days and getting stronger and stronger as the days build up, great going.

Wet and windy down Newport today but no gambling at all.
Had a tax bill which was expected from my self employment but they also want money on account for this year but i am now on PAYE so i don't see how they can ask for it.
Anyway off to see kids after work.

Just had a call from my accountant. I was self employed for 5 months of this tax year but made a loss lol like gambling. So i am ВЈ1300 in credit with the inland revenue and my tax bill for the 17 months to finish my self employment is £1200.
So i get £100 back lol.
