had a great day yesterday with the bike ride and then out for dinner.
Bloody cold this morning though on the bike.
No gambling thoughts at all. Couldn't think of anything worse.

Just changed my profile picture to my next goal which is a 2.5k aero bike. Because of gambling i sold my rolex which hurt, so my aim is to have this bike within the next 2 years. I have 2 bikes at the moment so don't quite need it yet lol. But we all have to have goals and a focus to beat this addiction.

Wide a wake check in this morning after falling asleep on the sofa for several hours lol.
I don't feel like a compulsive gambler, strange I know but gambling couldn't be further from my mind at the moment. Now I'm not saying that this will last for ever because we all know that we can get urges at any time.
So day 399 onward and upwards.
