Just noticed your post to me :)) it was good to hear from you, as I know you are going through tough times with your bestie (girls saying I know lol) you are being strong for him, you are there for him, it shows what a lovely person you are (I already knew that lol)

Keep strong and keep safe, you have come too far now, noticed your comment on the challenge thread, look you do your lottery at work in a syndicate, my OH does, as long as you know and you do by now the lottery is not a trigger, and I know you know, carry on with what you are doing, don't you dare leave the forum:))) else will have to zoom down to Wales (lol)

Take care my friend and don't let negative thoughts get in the way, you are doing fantastic, my inspiration Steve.

639 days and gambling is at the bottom of my list of priorities right now.
