Hi Everyone

I'm having a reflection today so I apologise for posting another topic. One thing that's been mentioned in the meetings I've attended in the last week is balance. A balance between spending time serving ourselves with recovery, serving family, friends and community alongside sleep of course.

I think a lot of my recovery evolves around my support network so I thought I would share mine as I see it and hope others might share as everyone's journey is different

On day one of recovery I didn't think it would look like this

My mother and mother in law

Blocks, Gamstop, Gamban, Moses, sense and banking app

Gamcare, reading topics, replying where I resonate and going to the chatrooms

GA meetings in person and online

Daily routine, mediation, prayer, gratitude list and inventory

12 steps

Walking and crosswords - not at the same time

Ringing GA fellows

Evive app and the modern meeting online each week

Watching YouTube recovery videos, not just gambling addiction but alcohol and drugs, addiction is addiction

Podcasts, Breakeven ones are good each month
