I have been away for a while. Posting in other forums as I didnt feel I was getting responces here as I needed for progress.

Feel Ive found a few new ways forward. My life is not working out as well as expexted but I take small steps in the right directions.

I think the most important thing I have found in thhis crazy year is the fact that we chase the near miss. Our autopilot is profoundly dangerous to walk around in as we cant see clearly to the other side. MIndfullness is a very god way to get some peace back into your life. Understanding that we have two processors in that brain of ours is also important. We have ocd. ie same as if you have fear of spiders or wash your hands to much. It is treatable with the right people councelling you.
