On day 11 GF. Finding posting everyday is making a massive difference. Making you realise everyday you are a compulsive gambler and must not gamble in anyway. Keeping busy is making things easier. Having control of my money again helps so much. When you are a compulsive gambler you will never be in control of your money. You either have money or you have nothing. Here is to another GF day folks. Stay focused an strong.
On day12 GF. Had a few urges today. Been on the TV that the derby meeting is on. Going to ignore it and keep busy. I have been doing so well GF. My mods has been better. Health a lot better. Without stressing am chasing my money. Her is to another GF day folks. Stay strong
On day 15 GF, landed in hospital so not been on for a few days. Still GF and proud of it. I have had no urges lately as it’s the least of my worries. Stay strong focus. GF for a better future
