Tomorrow will be the start of my journey in trying to quit this addiction that I have sadly picked up. I am not only here to leave this addiction behind but also looking to speak to people and share some experiences, success stories and possibly hints and tips to beat this problem. I now work a Monday - Friday job so will be on the forum more than likely after 5 o'clock.
