Many times i thought i was free of this addiction only to be caught up again. Today i hope i don't forget the lessons i've learnt.

Morning Tri , Thank you also for your continued support it means a lot to us all :))

This journey of ours is full of somtimes very long and very dark tunnels and it's good to see that there is Light and positivity when we emerge from those tunnels .

We learn lessons every day my friend .
