Having relapsed - I'm starting this post as a way of recording my progress.

1 day at a time - I'm currently 1 day without gambling. So many good things going on in my life and I'm at risk of ruining it all unless I stop wasting money.

Need to keep myself busy with other things and other interests.

Hi Carrie84

Thank you for continuing to share your journey, it takes real courage to be so open. I'm really sorry to hear about your set back today, but please continue to show yourself kindness. Recovery is rarely linear, and this does not take away from the progress you have already made. You should be incredibly proud of yourself for this.

You're not alone, and there is support for you. If you haven't done so already, You can talk to one of our advisors and access support via our helpline on 0808 8020 133 and or 1:1 live chat is both open 24 hours 7 days a week.

Take care,

Kaya
