I know it doesn’t sound much but today I am a month gamble free.Â
To me after over 10 years of reckless out of control gambling with over 250k losses it is a small step to recovery.Â
Still over 40k in debt paying £1000 a month but I am hoping this is the catalyst to a clean 2026.Â
