Feeling good so wanted to share with you all. Have got rid of my credit card and overdraft and reading the stories on here is really helping. 11 days without betting, feel everyday is an achievement. Still thinking about it all the time but have things in place. Thanks for all your support x

Thanks for your comments. I have tried quite a few times to stop but deep down never wanted to. This time I feel really different. You have to truly want to stop to begin recovery and then put all the preventative measures in place. Nice waking up in the morning and not feeling that feeling. This forum helps so much, thanks for all your support. Let's be great again just one day at a time x

One day at a time. When you wake on a morning tell yourself "I won't gamble today" then on an evening when you go to bed be proud of yourself and say "today I didn't gamble". All the best.
