Today I hit 150 gamble free days.
You will all know about my 12 years of addiction and over 250k losses, many botched attempts at quitting over the years.
So it’s head down and focus on hitting 200 days and the debt free life I crave.
I have been kind to myself and reduced my credit card payments down to £850 a month instead of £1000 so I can treat myself to normal things that I would normally begrudge myself from doing in the past to place a bet instead.
This is my time guys, the devil will not catch me up this time.

Yesterday I hit my 9 months gf!!
it’s been a crazy time, from the lowest of lows( telling my wife of my replase a s debt) to the highest highs ( being able to purchase our dream home).
This time last year, I couldn’t see anyway out, but with hardwork, family and support from gamcare and break even I’m in a totally different place.
im still working on myself and know I will always be a recovering gambling addict but will never give those evil companies another penny of my money!!!
