It’s now 3 days since i stopped gambling usually I am not sharing any stories her and this is my first time to do so,I feel very comfortable and strong ,when I reach 100 days gambling free I will write the second comment her again, I am sure this time I can do it and you can do it aswell 🙏👍

Good luck Sam, like already has been mentioned we can only only do it 24 hours at a time. If you are ever struggling there is also Gambling Anonymous meetings you can visit in your area or online meetings if you prefer. I am nearly 2500 days bet free but I have only got to this point through the support I received at Gambling Anonymous to be able to speak to like-minded people as we are doing on this forum.Â
I wish you the best of luck. The obsession to gamble gradually lowers the longer you get! I remember the early days though and I know it can be extremely difficult so if you need any support then use this forum. If you have not done so already I would suggest putting in some Blocks on your phone\Laptop for gambling sites. Even nearly 7 years later I would put this as the most important tool for myself.
Keep strong. Look in the mirror each morning and tell yourself JUST FOR TODAY I WILL NOT GAMBLE. It is very powerful and well done  on getting to 3 days that is a massive achievement in itself!!Â
