Hit the 50 day gambling free mark today. Proud to of made it this far as been tough times and urges to cope with. Realised how much gambling took over my life, wasnt even enjoying it towards the end but got a buzz win or lose and always kept going. The money lost is a pyschological barrier i'm having to move through, it will come back and much more will be lost if i dont stop. Got a holiday to Barcelona in June the same week i reach 100 days gambling free so thats next big milestone on my horizon.
Everyday without gambling is a milestone to me though, will beat this and as Joe Maddon the baseball manager says 'Attitude is a decision' and i decide to not gamble!
