I've worked out that i have been gambling for 8 years and 3 months thats 3,012 days!! Its day 12 today so i believe that to really cure this problem i have to be gamble free for another 3,000 days to get it out of my system alltogether. I may sound stupid to others but this is how i feel.

That's made me laugh, every time I've been pregnant i've said to myself "9 months to put all this weight on, 9 months to get it all off again". Have i succeeded in returning to my youthful perfect size 10? Have i ****, in the end I just bought bigger clothes. I was a miserable snobby cow when i was young and thin anyway, glad i left her behind.
one day at a time poblwc, you'll get to your 3012 days long before i get back in those jeans.
People deal with it in their own way but just don't make the process feel too daunting.
