Hi, new member here. Gambling has been an issue for many years. My biggest weakness is betting machines in the bookies. I set a day counter to stop playing them and got so close to 12 months but relapsed in December.
For the last 12 months I have been going into the bookies and playing the Irish lottery which has always been manageable and not a problem. But now I'm struggling to go in to put the lottery on without the erge to play the machines.Â
Has anyone been in this situation? I'd love to carry on playing the lottery but no other forms of gambling!

I had this issue it was the fobt roullette i wasent even addicted to slots horse racing dogs or any other form of gambling only this one game coming on here i realised the only way to quit is by putting all blocks in places so i had to give up on all form of gambling infact i had no issue with sports betting the only way to come out of it is to simply go they other way put all blocks and stop any form of gambling👍
