So sorry for posting this but I need help! I am a single mum of two children 1 has autism. I work a full time job and found gambling a excape.... For a while anyway! I havnt paid my rent or bills for a few months I have had a evection notice and court date served to me. I no I have done something unforgivable I'm so scared I have no money and no where to live I really worried I'm going to lose my children as I don't think the council will help me as its my own fault what's happening I love my children more then words can explain and I am sooo scared we will end up on the streets and they will be taken in to care I don't no what to do this is the first time I have ever told anyone my problems. I feel extremely low and just don't no what to do I have no family that can take my children in.. I'm such a disgusting person and if it wasn't for my children I wouldnt be here

We can begin the process of getting you help for your gambling, and we can point you in the right direction to get advice about how to handle the housing issues. I know right now you're in a bad place feeling low, alone & so afraid. Please take Admins advice and talk to someone on the helpline. The call will cost you nothing and no - one will judge you. You're not a bad person just one of many people on here suffering from addiction. Get in touch if not for yourself for your children. You are not alone.
