Hi, not sure if i am in the right forum.
I have a serious gambling problem. I have done for 10 years and have now hit rock bottom. i am £25k in debt, i am lucky i have a good job and have managed to keep working through the crisis but i just want to stop, it is ruining me and my life. I lie, i am grumpy with the people i love, i feel utterly useless. I am signed up to gamstop as of today.
I cant tell my partner as he would leave me after last time so i am here as a last resort to seek some advise and help. Please help me.
