Can't believe I've done it again but this time it's actually kicked me so hard that I feel like spitting blood. Had several massive wins over the last few months, like I've never seen. At one point my account has never looked so good in 20 years. So then starts the bragging throwing money around like a fool, drinking like a fish and making promises. So hey I'm on a heater let's replenish the money I've spent on slots/online gameshows. Won it back , this can't be true years of losing and finally Christmas is gonna be a good one. So I start dropping a grand a day into the arcade a few winners here and there but never on top within a week it's all gone every last penny. Get my final paycheck yesterday and in my head this will at least save me, go out buy 1 Xmas present and go into the arcade. Blow the whole lot in less than an hour and now can't even buy my morning paper. No idea what I'm gonna do, the sickening feeling is so consuming that all I feel like doing is drinking and drinking ( I bought all the Christmas booze already) how bloody stupid can someone get. What an absolute bloody idiot. I can't even explain how I'm feeling right now but the only thing numbing the pain is another bottle of whiskey. 20 years of absolute misery lost everything fk you gambling, fk every part of you.

Starting too come down from it now, still feel absolutely drained but have too pick myself up it's not fair on my family. I tell you what the worse thing is for me it's bloody youtube!! That guy doing his daily vids and most of the time absolutely cashing in. He has alot too answer for because he isn't just promoting the arcades and slots in general but his style of gameplay is high volatility and always £2 stake. He often wins in a session and although there is often the odd loss he has some massive wins. It sickens me the amount of ads on TV gambling, I was trying too escape it last night by watching itv player rewatching 24, and in every ad sequence their was a bloody gambling advert. I realise that not everyone is like me but FFS it's like honey too a bear. It's like what are you suppose too do not watch any TV over Xmas. Tbf I shouldn't be blaming others it's entirely my fault that I'm a stupid idiot but she rest from it would be nice. I've managed too get an advance on my first week's wages and went on Amazon last night and spent the whole lot on presents which at least has saved me a bit. I need to stop though because I swear if I jotted it all down I've lost more money than I could even comprehend over the last few years, that's not even the worst of it though it's the time that I will never get back. Time spent miserable that I could have been spending having fun. fk knows what I'm gonna do but at least I haven't got a penny too my name and can give my family my full attention over Christmas.

Winning is the worst thing that happens to gambling addicts. We always end up putting it back, because to us money is fuel for more gambling, not to buy things. The money was lost as soon as you won it. The only solution is to quit

Hi, I’m new here. Hope I’m posting correctly? I have a problem with gambling, casino and bingo. You hit it right on when you said we put it back! Any tips on how to stop the madness? I feel disgust and shamefully

How are you even able to lose a £1000 a day in an arcade aren't there anti money laundering rules that stop them from accepting that much cash from unknown players ?

Also how long are you spending in there to spend this kind of money aren't the machines capped at £2 a spin ?

Crazy lol
