I haven't gambled for a few weeks now but this is only down to gamban to be honest. Ive tried gamstop but I've found easy ways around that. Ive asked the bank to deny gambling transactions. I've self excluded a long time ago. I always found a way around these things. I know I can't can't gamble online anymore but I've still tried. So, I've ended up here. Sorry if youve all heard this beforeÂ

I'm gamble free for one month now after 42 years of gambling. Like yourself I put all the blocks in place which really help but I've also been on the chatrooms here a lot. The best one is 8pm each night and there are some amazing regulars on there with a long time gamble free under their belt. They offer a lot of advice. I would also suggest talking to the online help here which can be reached on the button to the bottom right. They have been amazing and referred me to Breakeven where I am receiving counselling which is really helping
