Cheers Thompson, it's awesome that you're in suh a better place than you were. Just goes to show that it can be done! I just suspect it's something we will always have to work on to make sure we never go back to the dark days. I know i'll always be a compulsive gambler, i'll just be on that doesn't gamble anymore!

Sar4243 hope your still keeping it up good luck with everything. Haven’t written for a while so I had a meeting with my councillor and I decided to take my fiance along this time. She still worry’s now as she didnt really understand the process of counciling or the addiction. It was brilliant and I would recommend to others. She now feels much about everything. Good luck to people over xmas what are year it’s been and I’m so glad I’m still going strong and that I’ve turned my life around.
