I gamble yesterday again. I'm finding it so difficult. I want to stop and I am determined to but one little urge has got me back to day one!! Any advice?
Hi,
Get some blocks in place , self exclude, k9 blocker I think. Try keep yourself busy, when you getthe urge do something else instead go for a walk, gym watch a film anything. You can always call bank and lose bank card no money no gambling, all the best.

Hi billy,
as nomorelosing says get some strong blocking measures and a plan in place. You've got to make as difficult as can be to continue gambling. It won't be easy and you will get urges. Remember "STRONG BLOCKING MEASURES". You may have to put your finances in the hands of a trusted family member for some time. Do what needs to be done.
Take Care Now.
Hi Billy,
Even though im in very early recovery myself i can advise that Time-Money-Location is a good way to break the habit. Ensure at least one of these is removed and you will be unable to gamble, so you can have time and be in a location near to gambling but if you dont have the money on you you cant gamble. Best of luck.
