Hello there,

unfortunately I find myself on this site as currently I’m not sure what else to do. Last year I started uni, access to a loan lead to me gradually betting more and more thinking I had the money, why not?. Broke even up until a point where I won 1600 pounds off ten pound in one night, before blowing it all in less than ten minutes. That was the final straw and since then I’d say I’ve blown 500 pound or so, doesn’t sound a lot but for me it’s irreplaceable. I’ve worked my b****x off all summer to now be in the plus of around 2000 pound, however I’m struggling to resist the urge to gamble despite several short breaks or exclusions ect. Any advice on how to overcome specifically the urge of just trying to win a tenner here and there thinking it’s easy money, however then losing your stake and all your profits after not being able to withdraw your money through due to thinking just one more bet ect..
