Still really anxious and scared. I checked my balance last night and it wasnt as bad as i thought. But i think the sites are taking several days to take the money :-/ so im gonna hafta give it a few days to get the proper picture. I still just dont want to tell my other half til i got a way of dealing with it - so he doesnt spiral into a panic. Cos hes the 1 with the ob who pays for tihngs it puts enormous pressure on him!
Definitely scary to look at the balance... Im in a panic everytime I login.. Those numbers are brutal and scary. I think at some point, once I can stabilise my self, I'll open up to family for help financially.. But they have helped me so much in the past, I can't do it again until I can prove I'm done with this. I want to get 6months GF and then relook at finances. No point finding solutions and then screw up again and again.
I'm On day 4 gf.

I think that sounds liek a good plan. It's always good to just take time out and reflect on what has happened and not do anything pretty much. Dont try and take on extra (potentailly stressful) tasks in the early stages of GF.
I'm doing good, Day 5 for me now and feeling really good. Weekend's are my trigger days so I have made a plan for this weekend and with the help of my partner we will stick to it.
I feel so happy already that i have decided I no longer want to live the life i have lived for 12 years.
