I bought a new laptop, my husband is unaware that i have got to where i am gambling wise, so i cannot ask him to set k9 password, i havent gambled today and dont feel like i will, its payday and i have self excluded from all sites i have used, i have been gambling around 6 years at around £450 a month which is over £32000! o*g! when it is put like that it really does shock me :/
day 4 gamble free, it was payday on friday but i havent gambled yet, we have a trip with the kids to cornwall booked for the end of the month, i know its going to be tight and a little voice in my head keeps saying you could try and win a bit extra...in reality i know im never going to win because i cannot stop 🙁 !
not gambles today but children have played up awfully, i always gamble when i feel stressed 🙁
thankyou Emily, I didnt gamble but I am having strong urges today, as i said before we have a small trip booked and i know spending money will be a little tight...i keep thinking if i could just win £100, we all know i wont win because i wont withdraw and i will lose anything i win in the end! Thankyou Emily, to be totally honest i have thought about gambling but keep thinking how disappointed i will be tomorrow and its keeping me sane, i have always been quite high and mighty when thinking of addictions...it wouldnt ever happen to me :/ funny how it can creep up on you! Congratulations on your good day! Day 3 will be even easier and better for you i am sure, onwards and upwards for us 🙂
Well done on 5 days, keep going one day at a time, and keep strong feelings will be all over the place but each time you just push through them you get stronger and wiser.

Thnakyou Suzanne, i think its seeing the bank statemt with no bingo site names on that is spurring me on! sitting here tonight and everytime i think about slots i go on ebay and put things in my watch list that i could buy with the money if i didnt gamble 🙂
