22nd of March was my last bet at the bookies on the fobt I'm now at my lowies point in my life I have been betting for over 5 years and lost £10,000s but it stops now. I have been bet free now for 5 days they have been hard but also the best I have two kids and a wife who love me to bits but all I seem to do is hurt them but it ends now. All the money I have spent I could have my own house,new car, nice holiday, but I don't have any of that all I have to show for the last 5 years is £14,000 of debt. I am on good money so I have no need to gamble but I still do and I don't know why! But I'm not looking back now the money I have lost has gone forever but my focus on life now is a new start for me and my family free from gamberling and lies.
