Starting over again. I found one site I wasn't excluded from and tricked myself into thinking I could be in control. That lasted for about a day. I'm so annoyed at myself. And upset. I don't understand why I can't do this. It sounds stupid but this is not me.
Anyway I should be fully excluded from everything now for at least 6 months. Here's hoping I actually reach that milestone without s******g up and disappointing everyone again.

It can be so disappointing gambling and lapsing. I can hear your frustration. However notice the positive things. It only lasted one day and now you have been excluded from most websites.

I feel like a failure some times. I never thought this would be so hard. Yet I turn to it more often than I'd like to admit. I wish I could find the real off switch so I can dust my hands of this and get on with life without having to panic about money. I just wish I could go back in time and tell myself to set down the phone and do something else, anything else.
