Yes I know. This war is all we need!😣. The cost of energy bills is bad enough and has been since the Covid lockdown. It was only a couple of weeks ago that government were spouting out to us that we are all going to be £175.00 per year better off with our energy bills and now this!🙈.

It sarcastically amuses me however when the government make these statements. £175.00 to them is like a shot in the ocean. Their daily expenses probably amount to around the same, if not more!🤬.

This last time around, I got to over 470+ days before one of 2 lapses last July and then another lapse last September (thank goodness they were not full blown relapses)!!

To make sure this didn’t happen again (meaning I could only gamble with those dodgy overseas online sites), I got the free link from a Gamcare advisor to install on my phone and iPad. Since then, I have not gambled and not wanted to gamble👌💪.

On 1st of April this year, minus the two above lapses, I will have been g.f for 2 years.

I used to attend the evening chat rooms in the early days but working full time on a screen all day, often meant I didn’t want to be on my iPad screen during the evening!🤓. I did go on it the other week however and thought I would see you on there but it must have been on a night that you weren’t!🤨. I also thought about going on there last night for half an hour (which is all I used to do in the past) but I then got distracted watching the tennis on YouTube!🤓.

That's a shame, the only 8pm ones I miss are when I got to GA. 

I keep meaning to say that I'm sorry you haven't got a job again yet but when ever I've read you talking about work it always sounds like the money was secondary to you doing something worthwhile like a vocation to you. Something has got to be just around the corner for you

Thanks for following my posts and your words of encouragement, this really does mean a lot. Sleep deprivation does all sorts of strange things to the mind doesn't it, I hope you're finding some restful snoozes whilst you're going through a period of stress and uncertainty on the work front. Yes, pink is my favourite colour - especially pale pastel pink!😀. The apple symbol is because of the “Pink Lady” apples!

Thank you for your kind words. I have had a lovely day today on Mother’s Day. Got a video call from my son (who lives and works in Edinburgh). Along with a lovely card and words inside. Plus some flowers and chocolates 😋.

I then went to my sisters for a beautiful Sunday roast beef and Yorkshire pudding dinner and some champagne to wash it all down with 👌🍾🥂👌. So all in all, a lovely day thank you.
