So true, gambling is too stressful and always ends up one way, empty pockets, lies, cheating and that zombie state after the inevitable loss. Keep your chin up, almost the half century for you.

Just in case you miss it I have copied a post from my diary on which you so kindly wrote.
“If we can help one another through this journey then we all become stronger and it is a journey, highs and lows but we shouldn’t lose focus of the message :-
1. Gambling is a con.
2. Don’t place that first bet.
3. Never question your decision to stop gambling”.
Keep going change, life doesn’t stand still and we shouldnt either, we all strive for peace and tranquility in our lives and for us ex-gamblers, staying away from gambling is the key.
