New start tomorrow. Online gambling is my problem, £7000 worth of debt. Giving my debit card to my friend tomorrow. No access to my money and no card to use on the websites is the only way. Wish me luck guys!!
Well done for starting again on this site, I have also tried many times to give up but really struggle with this demon. Day 8 today and times of boredom gambling occupies my mind, but I am going to keep fighting this time day 8 for me and I have all the on line blocks in place as that is my downfall, on line slots!!. Stay strong this time angie and keep reading others posts on here, it really does help, let's beat this together J x

Hi Angie my urges are really bad past few days but i don't have access to my cards or money just got paid a big wage and manually sent it to my wifes account. Today the urges are very small 1st few days are hard because ur brain is trained and used to the routine. You will retrain your brain and thoughts over time. You can do it put as many barriers as you can between you and G. I am now almost on day 15 and feeling amazing without a single bet.
