Just following up your post from the other day...sounds like you've got your hands full with the children. Honestly I'm glad to have those days behind me, but I do look after a two year once a week and I need a lay down in a dark room after she's gone home!! I just wanted to mention an organisation called Home Start. It's nationwide, so hopefully there is a branch near you. Their whole reason for being is to provide support for families with children under 5 who need a helping hand. They offer a couple of hours a week for parents to do whatever they want with. I used to volunteer and my families used the time to catch up on jobs or for some me time. One did her weekly shop, kid free! You can self refer...they've got a website for info...and it's free. My son has autism and I know it's not an easy ride, so my advice would be...take all the help you can get.
