I have been reading diaries, but don't feel like I know what to say, so I have not been leaving a post. I go through phases like this.

I have had a great day so far. Went for a swim with hubby, and did 56 lengths. Feel really good about it, because I had a period of getting heart palpitations and it really spoiled my confidence in the water. I have been nervous and tense ever since, when I go for a swim - but today I was really comfortable and happy in the water 🙂

Even though money is tight with me not working, we have decided to adopt a pet rabbit. I have wanted a pet for quite some time now, but we wanted to wait until money was a bit better. However, I just think it will do me the world of good - especially with the winter coming. My husband works a lot of late nights, and it will be nice to have some furry company 🙂 So the rescue place is keeping him until we have bought and assembled the hutch etc.

I have a meeting at my new workplace at half 5. Bit nervous, but I am just going to try to relax and enjoy it. It is only expected to last 1 and 1/2 hours.

Today was day 90. Some depression today. It is fear! I'm starting a new job in a couple of weeks, and I don't feel very confident in myself. It is not something I can force, I just have to build it up.

It will be 13 weeks since my last bet tomorrow. I am happy to say it is definitely getting easier.

I'm being more respectful and careful with money in general, it's £1.20 now for me to get a bus home from town when I could walk it in 10 minutes. I used to get the bus all the time, but I have forced myself to just walk lately. I must have saved at least a tenner in a short space of time.

Have felt a bit lonely tonight. Was a shame chat wasn't on.

Yes, I totally agree that us ex-CGs have a huge respect for money nowadays.

And don't forget that walking is much better exercise-wise than sitting in a smelly bus.

Day 92 put to bed. Coping quite well with my nerves. Been mystery shopping again, was good fun!

I really got a lot out of your post to me the other day, I'm sorry though that you know how it feels to have hurtful things flung at you from your family..when your family attacks you and are totally unsupportive it can be a lonely place. But hey girl, your doing your thing and doing it well, and so pleased that the big 100 is on its way soon. Big hug.
