Also pretty inappropriate books your recommending and as I'm in the mood, possibly suggest you read it again. If I wasn't in the mood I would be saying, keep focussed on your recovery, your family and drop the petulance as you seem to be going well...

What a day I've had today ! Super busy at work plus had worst session in the gym tonight as I couldn't lift anything close to 90% of my max lifts 🙁 ! I guess my mind and body is just very tired as I'm doing loads of courses too !
On the positive note , I can't believe I'm 80 days gamble free ! Must admit I was thinking of watching YouTube gambling channel last night as I feel a lil stress !

80 days is quite something!! Especially in the early days when it seems impossible to reach this kind of stage. Has taken me this journey to realise gambling wasn't about money and although it's been the hardest way, I'very learnt more about myself in the last few months than my whole adult life! I can see your 100 on the horizon, take care S:)
