I feel sad that you are leaving us and ask you to reconsider. Some would say that you might benefit from continuing with your gamcare diary. It is a good place to keep track of your progress, express your feelings and share your journey with understanding friends. Plus it is all done in complete anonymity.
Maybe start a new diary, choose a more positive name for yourself and think of it as your own precious space to record your feelings, hopes and aspirations. Whatever you decide to do, take good care of yourself...Stephen x
