Juuuuneeeee, you put so much work in your recovery and finding your old self. With each day you have changed tiny bit (for the better) and accepted life for what it is..chuck many other "joys" in a mix (drinking bleugh and ..ohhh..nooooo.."awesome" EXCERCISE :-D) you made the biggest changes with each waking day!..getting up and saying NO! For that be proud my friend and keep on the right track because you soo worth all the best things in life...little shiny star above you is prob gonna fall from the sky thinking w*f has happened to this gal!! (All for the good reasons btw ) but ya know what, that's the person i got to know and wouldn't want ya to change one bit!
Ok..meant to write well done and keep it up lol..but look at that! :-0 do'h...who said im shy in expressing my thoughts lol...plus I'm late for my meeting.. ooppssss ..but ya know what, i made a little change here also lol...all those suited and booted "bosses" (bah..what do they know lol) can wait for crazy coo coo for once since none of them are punctual anyway :-D...now it's Sandras turn for a revenge....whhhoooaaaaa lol

May I congratulate you on stepping into the 3% club, I applaud your attitude towards recovery, I think that there is a blueprint set through diaries like your own that is in many ways the way to go about not just arresting that next punt but being 'in recovery'
I greatly enjoyed meeting with you in 3d,from it I got to witness first hand how passionate you are about the act of abstinence andit had a pprofoundly positive effect upon my own recovery, for that I will be eternally grateful.
I find it truly humbling that you took the time from your life to do so.
Two things moving forward, remember that tomorrow is just as important as today and that by continuing to give your own recovery away through your support here you in fact gift yourself recovery.
