A little flat in cornwall... sounds very nice indeed!.. like you say, much more meaningful than just having the money sitting in the bank.

Your life is good, I take heart from that.

Regards... S.A 🙂

Your post meant so much, thank you.It meant a lot that you took time out from work to write something.

I won't give in. I promise 🙂

As ever, thank you.

Yes, what is it about filmstars? No red clown noses and panda eyes for them after a good bawling session. They also wake up in the mornings with perfect make-up....and are good to go whenever it comes to the rumpy pumpy. No morning breath or bursting bladders for them! Anyway, I digress 🙂

I'm feeling better today. A full day of last minute organising for school, so I'll be kept busy. They go back next week, so that'll be a bit of a danger time for me as I'll have a lot of time on my hands. At least I'm prepared for it. I like your idea of writing. I think getting it all out on here helps. It stops it going round and round in my head, and I do find it useful to go back and read how I was feeling at different points. When I started trying to get my head straight ("my journey") I used to keep a journal and it's good to look back sometimes and see how far I've come. Although I still have dark days they're nowhere near as frequent, or as dark, as they used to be. I stopped writing in it as I was worried about the kids reading it if I died in some unexpected way. At least if it's on here, they can't see it.

Thanks for extending your hand of friendship outside of this space. You really are something special (in a good way!).I'll look out for the admin email. I promise only to use it if I really need it.

Have a super de duper day. And thanks again. LB x

crumbs, ODAAT, I missed your one year milestone, and then by a bit. Really sorry! In my defence, I have only had pokey slow internet on my rubbish phone for the last month and it's a chore to write anything, and the pages take forever to load, so I have just dipped in and out for the last month or so. But..

Mega congratulations on reaching one whole gamble-free year!

Also, thanks for digging up my diary now and again. It gives me strength to know that someone is keeping an eye on it.

STILL no internet in the house, hopefully next week....

Hope you're all good, will have a proper catch up when I'm doing my 3 month rehab if you like?!!....

Right, time for a hot shower and then I'll decide what skirt, lipstick, and bra to wear today.

Keep strong

Whoop Whoop Junniee, 400 days into your recovery journey,

You sure are telling Mr G where he can stick his hat.

Don't ever underestimate your achievements and hard work, since slinging Mr G, you have and are doing amazing.

Keep on keeping on starving Mr G, it sure is worth it..

400 days? I find myself bowing to thee again! If I wasn't so old I'd use the term awesome 🙂 🙂

Congratulations. I think 400 days deserves a ripple of applause (geddit?!) Seriously, it deserves a Ripple...or a Galaxy...or a family size share bar. Ok, must stop now as I'm making myself hungry.

Well done. LB x
