Well done you on going to a meeting, big eye opener I bet :)) I would love to go to one but OH is not obliging at this time on that one, but I will go to one in the new year, because I am at that stage where I want to go, (if that makes sense)

Listen girl, time to stop worrying about what you think you should be expecting now from recovery, like silly urges:) you are in your own recovery and the rollercoaster ride makes us hold on tight in different ways. That's brill you are not getting strong urges, but for jeez sake don't worry about not getting them :))

You are one of my rocks, and I know you struggle with other stuff, don't look too deep about what you should be doing, hell you are doing fantastic in your own way, and don't forget that one, it's important to keep moving forwards.

Take care and chill out with yourself, one of the secrets is not to expect too much, from ourselves, we are work in progress and we are all doing fantastic when we look at the big picture.

Glad you enjoyed the GA experience , something I've been toying with but because of my work hours mostly evening's I can't seem to find anything that would fit in .

Don't worry about the lack of urge's , surely that's a good thing [ and I'm sorry for calling you Shirly just then } or an I missing something ?.

Anyway stay safe and remember to take your vitamins because of your early start's , you prob wont need your gloves as the forcast is pretty good !.

I really shouldn't be teaching you and your sister songs like that !.

Sorry I seemed to drop off the face of the earth, you were a huge support to me when I first joined and I don't think I ever told you what an absolute star you are...so I'll say it now.

There's a few diaries I want to catch up with, so I'm planning on a mammoth session tomorrow night

Evening ODAAT so pleased you took the plunge and went to GA I personally have found it agreat help on my recovery and an actually gutted that its closed till the NY now but one of my fellow CG has opened his doors for a meeting at his home, I never expected someone to do that when I walked in. It's not going to be for everyone but I'm so glad I gave it a go I think along side this site it's my my new outlook it's got me to that 90 day mark tomorrow.

Thanks for dropping by ODAAT it means a lot. For what it's worth I think you are making all the right decisions at the moment and I wish you all the best.
