day 0 today , i have lost big ammounts trying to stop gambling but not anymore.
Hello wayoutqw
Welcome back to the forum. It's good that you have new resolve to tackle your gambling. It sounded as though last time you were posting here, you were dwelling on the past a lot. It can be very hard to let go of previous losses, but if you can learn from previous relapses, and draw a line under them, it can be easier to stay gamble free in future.
I'm wondering what steps you're taking to make it easier on yourself? We have lots of advice in the 'What can you do?' section of the website. We have a self-help workbook you can work through in your own time. And we can offer support through our HelpLine, NetLine and free treatment services.
As well as this forum, there are real-life support groups in most areas, run by Gamblers Anonymous. You don't have to do this alone.
Do keep posting and telling us how you're doing.
Best wishes,
Deirdre
