Walked home from work last night which takes me around half hour. It also takes me past 2 bookies. I glided straight past them. The fobt's were full of people like i used to be!

Have a great day.

Day 210 or 30 weeks! đŸ˜‰

Came very close to going to the casino last night (but i didn't)

Was feeling a bit low last night for some reason and was driving home from seeing kids. Usually in my past life i would be in the casino in cardiff like a shot. But i managed to hold off the temptation.

Feel much better this morning. I will never gamble again and let myself down!

30 weeks gamble free is something i never thought I could do!

Have a great day.

So pleased to read you stayed strong going past those bookies, why would you want to go in!!! well you don't, you know it will only bring you misery and despair.

Very proud of you, keep strong and keep winning.
