It's not always an easy journey, if we could just put a tenner on once a week, and stop there, win or lose, it would be great, but we can't do that, if we win on that tenner, we will lose it all and then chase, and if we lose that tenner we will still chase.
The only way to win is to keep abstaining and maintaining, and you are certainly doing that 211 days of WINNING and starving the addiction.

Lol had a pint with dinner! It done the trick!
Day 214. Got a bit wet cycling to work this morning.
Its amazing how much money you save when you don't gamble. I have just bought my 3rd bike lol.
I know have a road, mountain and a hybrid all from not wasting a penny.
