Day 575.
Went to the casino Wednesday night which used to be my main gambling night.
I thought long and hard about playing roulette after a bad day I must admit I was tempted but looking around at people playing I decided to go home.
Pretty glad I did.
Even with 575 days behind me this was a stark warning to myself.
I feel better for it.
