Bad night. not really slept, going to be an interesting day! Keeping my recovery tools close.

thanks ODAAT. Yes managed to get a few hours nap in the end. Well aware how the lack of sleep affects logic.

Hi Tri , Yes thank you my friend I'm very well , in fact every day that I don't gamble life just seems to get better , still throws the same rubbish my way occasionally but it no longer has the same self destructive outcome as the dark day's of needing my fix :))

Not seen you about for a couple of day's so I'm hoping alls well at your end my friend and that life's treating you well ?
