Tri. Every day you clock up is an inspiration to me. When faced with the demons in the past I caved in whereas you openly admit the days which are tough yet still get through the bad spells despite it being so hard. I think some of that openness and resolve has rubbed off on me and I now don't fear the bad spells so much.

Evening Triangle

Firstly and foremost my dear friend a huge well done from me to you for your continued abstinence,I know what huge effort you have given your recovery and in turn that of others.

Thanks as always for writing upon my wall fella, great to see you challenging your mind.

I must correct what you wrote tonight,I think you have read my post the wrong way around.

The question I was asking is

Through giving recovery a chance what have we got to lose???

I am fully aware if a gambler,a compulsive gambler at that wants a punt there is little to stop them doing so,that is a choice they have to make.

I read a great deal about what that 'big win' could do to a folks life and wanted to counter it with the option of recovery, something that does not come with a stake.

Anyhow as I said glad you are challenging your mind

Abstain and maintain

Duncs stepping forward never back.
