staying stopped from gambling i keep getting told is simple

its not when you understand how bad it can become but it can be done

just takes commitment and perseverance

bit of support and help doesn't go amiss

Hi Triangle

Keep up the good work, you are doing brilliantly and as long as you need support you will get it . Stay safe and stay focused and take it one day at a time. Don't get complacent and you will achieve what you want. No it won't be easy but it will be worth it for having the rest of your life gamble free.

Ty for your support

Take care and best wishes

Hi Tri

Again you are so right because the longer we abstain the more the realisation of the damage that gambling did to us when we were in the oblivion of it hits us

I think we begin to think how the hell did we spend all that money in one day one hour one minute

Even twenty years on I will never understand what I did but one thing I do know I will never ever be sucked in again no matter what it takes

We are CGs we have to stay positive and determined and focused to keep abstaining and maintaining am proud to be walking the slow but surely right road along with you

I try to take positives every day from negatives because my friend that is the only way for us to go forward

Keep strong Tri

Take care

Suzanne xx
