Hi Tri

Thanks for your post on my diary. It's helped keep me on the right path. Gambling is a terrible infliction and we need others to help us through. I feel I'm now in a better place to continue the journey to a gamble free life. Keep being positive, one day at a time.

Thanks

Mo

203 days in play now but i'm not taking anything for granted

i've done that in the past and its not ended well

gambling has creeped back in

i met up with a few friends last night. we all got some support and had a nice drink to top it off

there are plenty of good times not gambling but its not all calm waters.

Its why i keep coming on here to listen and share.

it does make a difference

thanks to all

tri

Fella you are right to be aware that addiction will take the good times in the same vain as the bad to try and tempt us back into it's dirty hands.

Bad days will always come along in life,it is the way we deal with them that shows how recovery affects us in a positive way.

Keep taking that medicine my dear friend it doesn't always taste good but it will help in that ever growing resolve.

Abstain and maintain

Duncs stepping forward never back

Hi Tri

Keep fighting the fight and stay strong for you. Ty for support as you say it really helps. Over 200 days is amazing and you need to feel proud but never take your eye off the ball. Onwards and upwards to attaining your goals

Take care and best wishes

Hi Tri

You are soo right again, clocking the days up is not 100% fool proof.

We must never forget that we can never just play and be in control, because we can't.

Thank you sooo much for your words on my thread again, and your posts inspire me too.

Keep thinking like you do and you will keep winning.

Be very proud because you have achieved soo much more by abstaining.

Have a good weekend gambling free of course.

Suzanne xx
