I hit 45 years old yesturday....... a day filled with much pleasure and pride........ im proud for a great number of things ive achieved thru they years of being alive.....but my most notable achievements have occured in the last 15 years of my life....... I feel life is ooo so challenging and if u feel youve nailed it then life wil l knock u back with another challenge to overcome.....

Lifes challenges soo far.....

Gcse's....... challenging indeed..... but i worked hard in the six months before and on study leave whilst other friends were out playing i knuckled down and got 3bs, 6 cs and 2ds..... very proud of this....

College and uni....... again im not the cleverest person around but thru some hardwork of sorts, plenty of enjoying myself too i managed to not only get business gnvq, IT a level but a bsc hons in retail management..... i really dont know how i managed it but am very proud of all of this....

Holding down a job....... ive had many many differnet jobs and the only one i got sacked from was wh ni was suffering from skitsophrenia and didnt know i was and hadnt seen a doctor....

Managing to live a reasonalbe constructive life whilst dealing with skitsophrenia...... This is my proudest of proudest things....... i would no doubt not be here if it wasnt for my parents......they have supported me thru the years a huge amount.....

Buying my first property...... again its with great help from my parents this has been possible....

Living independently ....... again im proud that im living independently and holding down a job to pay all the bills....

Managing my finances...... i seem to have a greta knack of getting myself everything and more that i need at the right time to make savings whilst building a lovely home and eating well and enjoying many pleausres for a fruitful life....

number 2: continue with my savings goals.......600 a month saved average...

number 3: no spending on computer games this year.... tricky but i know i can do it....

Wow Adam after reading your diary update and new objectives.  You have every right to be proud!!  We are proud of you and it was inspiring to read.

Your parents sound amazing! My Dad was just the same.

Well done! A real uplifting post this morning, it made me smile. Also please add "helping us" to your list of achievements also, because you do.

Have a brilliant day.

Kylie
