Thanks for the message, 90 days of abstinence, doing what works best for me. Looking forward to reaching 100 days. No pressure just carrying on with life without giving gambling any thought. Admitting defeat and excepting the losses were crucial to my continued gamble free life.

It's nearly been a year since I last placed a bet, and I am so excited for the playoff final tomorrow - I wouldn't of been had I been gambling. If I was gambling I doubt I could of justified spending over £100 to go to Wembley, and let's face it I probably wouldn't be able to afford it.
For anyone struggling with gambling keep strong and never give up.
